A little bit about our Certified Massage Therapists
Sophia specializes in Deep Tissue work with the incorporation of Trigger Point Therapy to encourage release and relaxation. You can expect a medium to deep pressure full body massage with specific focus on the areas that need it most. She also practices Zen Shiatsu, a light Japanese style of massage that focuses on energy flow in the body through pressure points and stretching.
Reina specializes in neuromuscular retraining, mobilization and reiki, cranial sacral, myofascial release/unwinding, neuromuscular reprogramming, Thai and Lomi Lomi massage. She incorporates aryuyoga, and abingha, body therapies to her services. Reina has an intuitive healing touch and a genuine passion for restoration of the body, mind and spirit.
Aubrey can apply anywhere from deep to very light pressure. Combining all her specialties into each massage to strategically ensure the most beneficial massage, using modalities like Deep Tissue, Myofacial Release, Trigger Point Work, both Active and Passive Stretches, and always smoothing things out with a bit of Swedish and Shiatsu. All the while making improvements towards a more balanced and happy you.
