Just off Hwy 880, and across the HWY from the island of Alameda.
We are a little tricky to find, so please refer to the directions below, and take our phone number.

If you are taking BART:

The closest station is Fruitvale, and we are approximately 8 blocks away. 
It is not easy to walk to us so:

Driving directions to FLOAT

From San Francisco, and points north:

Bay Bridge
I880 South, towards Alameda, San Jose
Exit 23rd Ave, Alameda
Merge onto Kennedy Street
Turn Left on E. 7th Street
Turn Left on 23rd Ave.
Turn Right on E. 11th Street, follow the signs to the Cotton Mill Studios
Turn Left on Colcot Place, and proceed under the underpass, 
this will put you in front of a large brick building, we are located @ 1091 Calcot Place , Unit# 116

From Alameda:

Go over the Park Street Bridge, towards 880 North
Stay in the right lane and go straight past the 880 North entrance
Turn Right on E. 11th Street, follow the signs to the Cotton Mill Studios
Turn Left on Colcot Place, and proceed under the underpass, this will put you in front of a large brick building, we are located @ 1091 Calcot Place , Unit # 116

From the south:

I880 North
Exit 23rd Ave
Stay straight onto 23rd Ave
Turn Right on E. 11th Street, follow the signs to the Cotton Mill Studios
